People can be heard screaming while Mark Morrison’s hit single Return of the Mack plays in the background.
The driver then pulls away from the building and flees the scene.
Part of the car is left in the wreckage alongside rubble from the damaged building torn away and left in the road outside.
The person filming says in the aftermath of the crash: “Get the police here now.
“He used his car to ram right into the front of building. Unbelievable”.
Pieces of car bumper and debris from the building were left scattered in the road.
This morning, damage to the pub’s entrance is clearly visible, with parts of the doorframe and brickwork exposed and two large holes in the wall either side of the blue front door.
Police were called just before 2am to a report of a car colliding with a building, the force confirmed this morning.
Officers attended the scene alongside other emergency services, where minor injuries were reported.
An 18-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and remains in custody.
On Guard Protection says a doorman was injured during the collision.
“We understand the police have detained a suspect and are continuing an investigation,” the firm said in a statement issued to KentOnline.
“Our thoughts are with the family of our injured employee, but at this time we cannot comment further as we do not wish to jeopardise any ongoing police investigation.”
