Police are hunting two fugitive brothers in the wake of a nightclub fracas in which a bouncers foot was almost severed.
An arrest warrant was today issued for Thanh Cong Nguyen, 20, who investigators believe was involved in the vicious attack at Bubble nightclub in Francis St, Melbourne on November 22.
Mr Nguyen is wanted for the offence of intentionally causing serious injury.
Detectives from Melbourne CIU believe he may be travelling with his brother Thanh Tam Nguyen, for whom they also have a warrant.
Thanh Tam Nguyen, 22, owns a grey 2009 Toyota Yaris, registered XFG-746.
A nationwide alert has been posted for the brothers, who are suspected of being members of the Richmond-based Yellow Klips gang.
Some of the gang’s members are known to be involved in drug-dealing, crimes of violence and weapons offences.
