Sorry? You have been working since Dec without getting paid? Where is the office, go there do not leave until you are paid!

Is there an employment lawyer in your area? Some do a free half hour for advice CAB will have a list of the ones who do, then small claims court is your friend!

whether you quit or not you are still legally entittled to holiday pay, and your wages that you have worked for.

this is a basic legal employment right, dont let anyone tell you otherwise!!!!

the only reason you will get different stories from citizen's and cab is the info you give them, you havent given us much detail.

how many days pay are you due, how many hours did you work, are you off sick just to be off or genuine?

I left the company in June after not getting paid whilst i was on holiday and i just couldnt cope with the constant late payments. im owed 2k from them. just made my court claim. i also know of two others who have taken the legal route.

they are a disgrace and shouldnt be allowed to opperate as a company.
